Yoga and Meditation are closely common with India and the spirituality. Meditation is a systematic deep work to know the conditionings that are going on in the unconscious mind. Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival to the capital city of India-Delhi, you will be received by our representative and will be transferred to the hotel for check in. Overnight stay at Delhi.
Day 02 : Delhi – Sightseeing
In morning take a city tour to cover Laxmi Narayan Temple- the great sacred place of worship for Hindu devotees, India Gate- symbol of tribute to Indian soldiers died in World War First, Parliament House- the India’s high command center, Qutub Minar- tallest minaret in India, Humayun’s Tomb- enrolled site of UNESCO World Heritage and Jama Masjid-largest mosque in Asia. After this splendid tour of Delhi you will be taken back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03 : Delhi – Haridwar (by Train) & drive to Rishikesh
Early morning departure to Delhi railway station to board the Shatabadi Express Train for Haridwar. You will be further transferred to Rishikesh – the yoga capital of the world and the birth place of yoga. It attracts thousands of tourists every year from all around the world, who come to seek mental peace. Rishikesh is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the fast moving modern life. You will be received by our representative and will be transferred to the hotel booked for you. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 04 : Rishikesh
Full day in Ashrams of Rishikesh especially Parmarth Nikatan – the Institute which is one of its own kind and has attracted many travellers to the holy city of Rishikesh. Parmarth offers all the ingredients necessary for yoga in its special spiritual environment.

Day 05 : Rishikesh
After breakfast you will be following the previous day routine for learning more about Yoga and Meditation and so that your body and mind can get relax and you can feel comfortable. Overnight stay in Rishikesh
Day 06 : Rishikesh Sightseeing
These spiritual centers of Rishikesh are situated in the lap of nature offering you all the natural beauty in its surroundings. The tour to Rishikesh will include visit to Triveni Ghat – A bathing ghat where you will always find an enchanting sound of Hymns of ‘Arti’ (or prayer) offered everyday to river Ganga which is sacred and adorable in India. It will be very soothing to sit on the bank of the river and enjoy the breezes coming from the river. The next attraction waiting for you will be Laxman Jhoola and Ram Jhoola – both of which are suspension bridges across the river Ganga. You will be then taken to some of the renowned Ashrams & yoga centers like Shivanand Ashram, Muni ki Reti, Mahesh Yogi Ashram, Shankaracharya Nagar and Swarg Ashram. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 07 : Rishikesh – Haridwar- Delhi (by Train)
Morning depart to Haridwar which literally means “gateway to God” and is regarded as pious and holiest place for Hindus. Haridwar is a heaven for nature lovers. The places which you will be visiting here will include Har-ki-pauri, Chandi Devi Temple and Mansa Devi Temple. After sightseeing depart from Haridwar to Delhi by train. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 08 : Agra – Delhi (by Train)
Early morning departure to Agra by Super fast Shatabdi Express. Agra- is the city well renowned for one of the seven wonders of World. In Agra you will be visiting Taj Mahal – symbol of love, which is perhaps India’s most fascinating and beautiful building. The Taj Mahal was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his favorite Queen Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years (1630-1652) and more the 20,000 of workers to complete. The next for you will be Agra Fort and Itamid – Ud – Daulah Tomb. Evening board Shatabdi Express to reach back to Delhi. On arrival check in hotel and overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 09 : Depart from Delhi (by Flight)
After breakfast our representative will escort you to the International airport to board you for the flight back to home.
